McKinney Campground is located on Allatoona Lake, 30 miles from Atlanta. In late October Allatoona hosts an Oktoberfest. Hunting, fishing, boating and wildlife observing can be enjoyed year round. A local visitors center offers interesting information on Civil War history and Native Americans.
Mississippi: Roosevelt State Park
Roosevelt State park is located in between Jackson and Meridian Mississippi. It overlooks the Beinville National Forrest which is known for its particularly stunning fall foliage.
Dolly Copp campground sits at the base of 6,288 ft. Mount Washington, the highest peak North of the Smoky Mountains. Wildlife such as moose, white-tailed deer, black bears and almost 200 species of birds reside in the woods. Fall leaves are spectacular!
California: Del Valle Regional Park
