Amazon Music: If you have an Amazon Prime membership, you can take advantage of the extra benefits (other than the free two-day shipping) such as free Amazon Prime music and unlimited streaming video. With the Amazon Music App, you can download playlists and songs on your phone and listen to them while driving down the road (or anytime) while not having to use your data!
iRecycle: iRecycle is a free app that will tell you how, when and where to recycle just about anything. Road trips and camping can create a lot of waste! No need to be a litterbug. iRecycle uses your location to give you various places for recycling, their directions, phone numbers, hours of operation and specific materials collected.
Google Goggles: This technology is pretty amazing! Search information by taking a picture. You can point your mobile phone at a painting, famous landmark, barcode, QR code, product or popular image. If Google finds this picture in its database, it will provide you with useful information. Goggles read in English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Portuguese, French, Italian and German. It also translates into other languages.
Photo Sphere: This Google camera app is pretty cool for those of you who love photography. Photo Sphere will take a panorama you shoot from your phone and provide a 360-degree view. The photo is completely interactive on compatible mobile devices with an accelerometer.

Roadtrippers: This app is awesome if you’re in no rush to get to your destination and looking for some adventure along the way! Roadtrippers will help you find unique stops along the way. You can also use it to plan out your trip, estimate fuel costs and more.
Gas Buddy: This app is great for your road trip budget! It helps you locate the cheapest gas for free, which can really add up depending on the size of your tank. This helps you find local gas stations and see their current prices.
PdaNet+: This app will share the Internet access from your ANDROID phone with your computer or tablet and is capable of handling download speeds well above 35Mbps.
